Leafmageddon
Apologies to my friends in New York and New Jersey, but Sandy was not much here in West Chester.
Gear:
Fuji Provia 400x
Ricketts Glen on Fuji Provia 400X
More goodness from the Falls Trail in Ricketts Glen State Park in northeastern PA.
American Astronaut
Contemplating a movie weekend…
Algonquin
Algonquin is the second-highest peak in all of New York, at 5,114 feet, and the hike was terrific.
Two Portraits
My two favorite people.
Longwood? Who Needs It?
These are color positives – chromes – taken on Fuji Provia 400X in my back yard and neighbors’ yards.
Magnolias, 2011
I like magnolias because they’re unafraid to be the first ones out, and they’re more of a rugged beauty than the delicate ones who follow.
Who Endure
We were lucky yesterday to have several of the author/veterans of Jeanne Rapp’s new book, “They Conquer Who Endure”, present to sign our copies and tell their stories first hand.
My Book Barn Friend
Baldwin’s Book Barn is owned by at least three cats. Or at least *they* think so.
Around West Chester
Bits and pieces from in and around West Chester…
Sixteen Shots
Do you remember slide shows, in an actual projector? Fuji Provia 400X is a “chrome”, or a color positive image, instead of a negative like most film.
