The Falls Trail hike made for a much different feel over the summer compared to this week, with more colors in the leaves and more water over the falls. The Kodak E100VS slide film matched the day perfectly.

More Chemicals
I had to finish a roll to try the new chemicals last week, these are the results. Taken with my Pentax 645n and 120/4 Macro on Kodak Portra 800 film. Developed in Kodak chemicals that are nearing the end of their useful life, which is 5 weeks or so.
In Lancaster
I took Ben to meet my dad in Lancaster for a classical guitar recital. I think I expected something a little more challenging, but hey – this is Lancaster after all.
In Reverse
I got some great new chemicals yesterday, that allow me to develop normal black & white film as positives instead of negatives. It was a good bit of work since the chemicals came in powder form, but it was worth it. It is a really neat look.
Around West Chester
Shots from walking a couple loops around town while the weather’s been nice, including a shot of my hairdresser Jay, whose son Aiden is a continuing miracle.

We were lucky yesterday to have several of the author/veterans of Jeanne Rapp’s new book, “They Conquer Who Endure”, present to sign our copies and tell their stories first hand.
