Our first time up we were new to hiking (Cascade was our first high peak) we didn’t think to take the side hike to Porter Mountain. This time we did both, two peaks in one day.

One of the best events in West Chester is the annual Iron Hill Criterium bike race.
We couldn’t have had a more perfect day to welcome home Matt Ragen, USMC, from Afghanistan.

Two-for-one today! The Warriors’ Watch and A Hero’s Welcome were on hand to welcome Corporal Casey Newman back from Afghanistan, where we escorted him and his girlfriend Sergeant Kristen Zamichieli to a Sunday party.

We had a beautiful Saturday morning to welcome home LCpl. Patrick Smith home from Afghanistan.
…last week. Pretty campus, I wished I had gotten out of work early enough to go to the museums.
Currently there is a Chihuly exhibit at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts highlighting his very interesting glass sculptures.
A Hero’s Welcome and the Warriors’ Watch had a chance to say ‘thanks’ again to Brian Piasecki.
David is a Specialist in the 144th ASMC Medic Unit from Salt Lake City, Utah. He has been in Afghanistan since March of 2010. He is a flight medic stationed at FOB Salerno Hospital. The Warriors’ Watch escorted Spc. Cullen from his A Hero’s Welcome reception at PHL to his home in Havertown.
