Ricketts Glen, Autumn

Previous visits to Ricketts Glen: Here in late summer; here in mid-summer; previously in autumn (and again here); finally in summer again.

This time of year, the rocks at Ricketts Glen are littered with fallen leaves, making for a continuous breathtaking 6.25-mile loop. I hiked the loop twice, one with and one without the camera. The full two-loop 12.5 miles encompassed about 3,500 vertical feet.

Shots with my Fuji X-A1 and an X-Pro1 I’m debating. 15mm and 35mm lenses.

It was crowded, especially after noon. I couldn’t resist the obligatory photograph-of-the-photographer shot below.
