My irises popped up this week, so heading into a very busy few days I stopped to shoot the flowers.

Tonight was the first ever night for professional Ultimate Frisbee – and my friend Kevin Chiang (#5) was on the Philadelphia Spinner’s squad.

We had a GREAT turnout to welcome Sgt. Tom Fillippo, U.S. Army Rangers. Sgt. Fillippo completed three tours in Afghanistan.
What better than a cold, rainy afternoon to welcome home one of our heroes? The Warriors’ Watch and A Hero’s Welcome came out to cheer for Spc. Kendal Walton to thank him for his service.

I was one of over 100 motorcyclists from the Warriors’ Watch (and related groups) who escorted the Philadelphia PD down-and-back to the Pentagon to retrieve artifacts for a new Philly 9/11 memorial.
